Elections and technology

I recently talked to a librarian who said that they used short videos (using storybook and delivered by email) to get out information about their library bond issue. And the bond issue passed! Add to that a recent post from Stephen Abram, and you can see how technology and elections are increasingly intertwined.

From Stephen:

Here is a list of the key technologies that are predicted to materially influence the current U.S. elections.
* YouTube

* Second Life
* Myspace
* Facebook
* Wikipedia
* Ning
* Twitter
* Mozes
* NowPublic
* MyBlogLog
