DOPA?

Dopa is the "Deleting Online Predators Act" (H.R. 5319) and it has been introduced as an addition to the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). The proposal would require schools and libraries to block access to "commercial Web sites that let users create web pages or profiles or offer communication with other users via forums, chat rooms, email or instant messaging".

Yikes - that's wikis, blogs, MySpace, and online email!

Would that also rule out Tudor.com? That is an online chat isn't it?

Would such a law rule out Tudor.com since it is chat based?
