Playing catch-up!

It's been quite a while since I updated my
travels in Kansas!

On January 11, I was on the agenda for the quarterly SCKLS meeting which was held at the lovely new library in Augusta. I love the castle scene in the children's section of the library. Look closely because there is an elevator hidden in the painted scene!

The next day I traveled to Rose Hill to visit Teacher/Librarian Janie Barnard at the Rose Hill High School library (see below) and had a tour of her library.

On February 3, I was invited to attend the meeting of the Private Academic Libraries (PALS); what a great group of librarians! The meeting was held at Ottawa University in Ottawa. Library director Gloria Creed-Dikeogu gave me a tour of the library, but alas, I didn't have my camera with, so no pictures!
